Top rotational system provides rotating of the flag around the pole without tangle. With the help of bearing and pulley wheel, the flag can rotate to the direction of the wind with the rope connected. One edge of the rope links to the manual or electrical unit on the base of the flag pole, going down inside the flag. (In small poles it is connected to cleat.) The other edge of the rope goes up from the top of the pole and carries the flag and connects to the pole in order to rotate in the bottom alignment of the flag. So, around the pole, the rope can’t be seen except flag alignment and the flag can rotate 360 degree. If preferred, solar warning light and lightning arrester are installed on top of the pole.
